Handing your car to someone new is a big deal. Polished to Perfection started in 2017 with one idea: how you’re treated matters as much as the work on your car. Today we run two shops right across from Brownwood Paddock Square with our own trained team, and we’re a CARPRO Finest Reserve certified shop.
Chais still walks customers through their options himself. No pressure. We tell you what your car needs, what it doesn’t, and nothing more.

No surprises
Before we start, you know what your car is getting, how long it takes, and what it costs. At drop-off, we walk around it with you.
Your day keeps moving
We cover a one-way Uber or Lyft, so you’re not stuck in a waiting room. Your car stays under 24/7 video surveillance in our climate-controlled shop.
A handwritten thank-you
After pickup, you get a note from us, written by hand, not printed. You chose us, and that means something.
A call a few days later
We check in to make sure you love it, and to answer anything that came up once you drove it home.
A little something extra
Every customer leaves with a small surprise. We won’t spoil it here.
Customer dinners
We host private customer appreciation dinners right here at the shop. You’re not a work order to us. You’re family.
