Why We Host Customer Appreciation Dinners at Our Shop
Why a ceramic coating, PPF, and tint shop in Wildwood throws dinners for its customers, and what else we do after the job is done.

Most shops are done with you once you pay. We’re not. We host private customer appreciation dinners right here at our shop in Wildwood. Good food, great people, and a chance to connect beyond your vehicle.
People are sometimes surprised that a ceramic coating, paint protection film, and window tint shop does this. Here’s why we do.
You’re not a work order
When you hand someone your car, you’re trusting them with something you worked hard for. We take that seriously, and we think trust like that deserves more than a receipt. The dinners are our way of saying thank you, and of getting to know the people behind the cars we work on.
Our team is there too, so you get to meet the people who actually worked on your car, not just the person who answered the phone.

The dinners are part of a bigger habit
The dinners are the most visible thing we do, but they come from the same place as everything else:
- A walk-around with you at drop-off. Before we start, we look over your car together, so you know exactly what it’s getting.
- Your day keeps moving. We cover a one-way Uber or Lyft, and your car stays under 24/7 video surveillance in our climate-controlled shop.
- A handwritten thank-you. After pickup, you get a note from us, written by hand, not printed.
- A call a few days later. We check in to make sure you love it, and to answer anything that came up once you drove it home.
- A little something extra. Every customer leaves with a small surprise. We won’t spoil it here.
Why it matters to how we work
When you know you’ll see a customer again, at a dinner, at Brownwood, or at the gas station down the road, you do the work like it matters. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to. It’s also why we tell people when they don’t need the biggest package, and why we stand behind our work after the car leaves.
We’ve been part of Wildwood since 2017, and a lot of the people we take care of live a few minutes down the road. To us, you’re not a transaction. You’re part of our family.
